It's really that easy!  Did you see our flyer recently?  Then you know we pay $2,000 cash for a home referral.  That's a lot of money!  So what are the strings?  All you have to do is fill out the form below and then if we end up purchasing the home you referred within four months of your referral (remember we usually close in a week or two), we will pay you $2000 right after closing. The target property can't be in our system already and must be a valid referral (mass/bulk submissions or referrals to properties that are not interested in selling are invalid). 

 

You must provide your information along with the sellers information.  If you don't know the seller and are referring a "cold" lead - meaning you don't know the homeowner - then please provide as much information as possible.

 

Know a Blighted, Condemned or Run-Down Property - Refer that too!
